1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and 1j88 ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 1j88 platform – including the website at 1j88.win and the dedicated mobile application – you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of 1j88 after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. The current version of these Terms will always be available on this page with the date of the most recent revision clearly displayed.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on 1j88, including but not limited to slot games, live casino, sports betting (cricket, PSL, Football, Esports), the VIP programme and all bonus promotions. 2 Account Registration

To access the full features of 1j88, you must register an account. Registration is free. During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, contact details and a valid payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information current.

• Each individual may hold only one account. Creating duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts being closed.

• 1j88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful. Providing false information, particularly regarding age, is a serious breach that will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Deposits & Payments

1j88 accepts deposits in PKR through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed at the point of deposit.
• All deposited funds must come from a payment account that belongs to you. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted.
• 1j88 does not charge fees for deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account provider for their applicable fees.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 1j88 balance promptly. In rare cases of technical delay, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
• 1j88 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit where fraud or unauthorised use is suspected.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name. Before processing a withdrawal, 1j88 may require identity and payment method verification.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within standard processing times. VIP members at Gold tier and above receive prioritised processing with faster turnaround times.
• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or wallets that are registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any active bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement will not be included in a withdrawal. Only cleared, real-money balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• 1j88 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before approving withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or unresolved identity verification issues.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

1j88 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, IP address and device. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and cannot be claimed by existing account holders.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• 1j88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted an active bonus will not be affected by mid-promotion changes.
• VIP cashback is paid as real money without wagering requirements unless specifically stated otherwise in the relevant VIP tier description.
• The use of multiple accounts, payment methods, or any other means to unfairly exploit promotions will result in disqualification from all current and future bonuses.

6 Betting Rules

The sports betting section of 1j88 covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), Football and Esports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in and cannot be changed by either party.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and per market. These are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• In-play betting is available on selected matches. Odds during in-play betting update in real time. Once a bet is confirmed during in-play, it stands regardless of subsequent odds movements.
• If a cricket or football match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum required time has been played, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the market rules.
• For PSL and T20 matches affected by rain or Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, the official result as determined by the relevant cricket board will be used to settle bets.
• In the event of a technical error that results in clearly incorrect odds being displayed (for example, an error producing odds far outside normal market range), 1j88 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded, or using knowledge of the outcome, will be voided. This applies to all sports and markets.
• Maximum winnings per bet and per day may apply. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting section and may be adjusted for VIP players.

7 Slots & Casino Games

1j88 offers a library of slot games, live casino tables and other casino-style games from recognised providers. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) and are independent of any previous result.

• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are set by the game provider and are published for major titles in the game information section.
• In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. A disconnection during a game round does not guarantee a void – the round result stands if it was completed on the server before the disconnection.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time with real dealers. Connection quality is your responsibility. 1j88 is not liable for disconnections caused by your internet service.
• Game availability may vary by region or be subject to temporary withdrawal for maintenance or provider updates.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1j88. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and potential permanent closure, with forfeiture of any balance where terms have been materially breached.

• Creating more than one account per person.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets, spin slots or interact with the platform in any automated manner.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any competitive game format.
• Abusing bonuses, including multi-accounting to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent means.
• Attempting to manipulate match outcomes or exploit known errors in odds or game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using 1j88 to process funds unrelated to genuine gaming activity.

9 Privacy & Data

11 Suspension & Account Closure

1j88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Common reasons include breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, incomplete verification, self-exclusion requests, or inactivity over an extended period.

• Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
• Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, at a player's own request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after standard checks.
• Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee. You will be notified before any fee is applied.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 1j88 support. Requests are processed promptly.

12 Limitation of Liability

1j88 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and service quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

• 1j88 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, internet connectivity issues on your end, or events outside our reasonable control.
• 1j88 is not responsible for any tax obligations that arise from your winnings. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with any applicable local tax rules.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform will not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Changes to These Terms
